Description

Bob's Red Mill Baking Powder is a top quality baking powder used for baking. When added to the dough, the product is tender, without aftertaste. It is especially good to use baking powder when preparing gluten-free dishes. Baking powder releases carbon dioxide when exposed to moisture and heat, causing the dough to rise. Baking powder is found in many recipes and is used to improve the properties of the dough and the quality of the finished product.

There are many benefits to using baking powder. The powder does not contain aluminum. The consumption is the same as with conventional baking powder, and pastries rise much better. You can learn more about this, as well as many other useful products for the health of adults and children, on the Biotus website.
