There are enough probiotics in yoghurts, in the form of lacto - and bifidobacteria, sauerkraut (not pasteurized) are probiotics: pediococus, leuconostoc and lactobacilli, in some types of cheese, kefir. Miso soup, prepared according to the original Japanese recipe, is very rich in probiotics and contains about 162 friendly bacteria.
Probiotics are most easily obtained in sufficient amounts from dietary supplements in the form of tablets, capsules, powders and liquids.
How to use: Take one sachet (3.3 g) daily with food. Can be mixed with any beverage and consumed immediately. Do not mix with hot drinks.
Does not contain: GMOs, yeast, wheat, corn, rye, salt, sugar, binders, fillers, preservatives and artificial ingredients.
This product may contain moderate amounts of milk and soy proteins due to product fermentation.
