Probiotics are available in sufficient quantities in yoghurts, in the form of lacto- and bifidobacteria, sauerkraut (not pasteurized) are probiotics pediococus, leuconostoc, as well as lactobacilli, in some types of cheese, kefir. Miso soup, prepared according to the original Japanese recipe, is very rich in probiotics and contains about 162 friendly bacteria.
Probiotics are most easily obtained in sufficient amounts from dietary supplements in the form of tablets, capsules, powders and liquids.
How to use: Take 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably with meals.
Does not contain: artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors. No preservatives, sugar, starch, yeast, fish, sodium. Stop taking if any adverse reactions occur. Xinjure in a cool place (preferably in a refrigerator) out of the reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Refrigerate after opening.
Other Ingredients: pasteal cellulose, maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, rice bran, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate. Contains milk, wheat and soy ingredients.
