Probiotics are present in sufficient quantities in yoghurts, in the form of lacto- and bifidobacteria, sauerkraut (not pasteurized) are probiotics pediococus, leuconostoc, as well as lactobacilli, in some types of cheese, kefir. How to use: 1 capsule three times a day for 4 or 5 days with meals, then once a day. Refrigerate after opening.
Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, gelatin (capsule) and magnesium stearate. Contains milk and soy.
