Recommended use: During training, mix 1-2 scoops (1-2 servings) with 590-1180 ml of cold water. Drink about 1/3 of the mixture 20 minutes before intense training, and then drink the rest during training. As a peri-workout supplement, use before, during, or after your workout to enjoy endurance and easy recovery.
