How to use: 

Stir 1/2 - 1 scoop of granules (5 g) in a glass of cold water or juice. Take once daily. Use before meals or as a healthy snack to greatly reduce appetite and curb food cravings. It can also be added to food such as yogurt, fruit salad or cereals.
