Suggested Use:
Adults, as a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops ( approximately 4 teaspoons) daily with 8 ounces (240 milliliters) of juice or water in a shaker, or, first mixed with a small amount of liquid and then add the remainder. You can also take as directed by a physician.
