How to use:
A-HD Elite Complex taken in the morning (at the same time every day) for 4 consecutive weeks.
A-HD Elite: Take 1 capsule in the morning, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. The product is taken on a full stomach. For best results, take 4 to 8 consecutive weeks (1-2 cycles). It is recommended to take a break between cycles.
