7-Keto-Zyme Forte™ contains 25mg of 3b-acetoxyandrost-5-ene- 7,17-dione (also called 7-oxo-DHEA-acetate), a naturally occurring metabolite of DHEA. This product contains five times more 7-Keto-DHEA than 7-Keto-Zyme. Structurally, 7-oxo-DHEA-acetate is almost identical to DHEA, however, its activity is reported to be 2.5 times greater. Unlike DHEA, 7-oxo-DHEA acetate is not converted to sex hormones - thus, it will not convert to testosterone or estrogen.
