Suggested use: Baby food can be served at room temperature or warmed. You can feed your baby directly from each convenient container. If one container is too large for your baby, put the desired portion in another feeding container and put the unused portion in the refrigerator to enjoy it later (within 2 days of opening). If feeding directly from container, discard any unused portion.
To reheat:
Remove foil seal completely and discard.
Microwave on high power (1500 watts) for 15 seconds.
Stir. Always check temperature (taste) before feeding to baby. 
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 days.
