Suggested use: baby food can be served at room temperature or warmed up. You can feed your baby directly from each convenient container. If one container is too large for your baby, scoop the desired portion into another feeding container and refrigerate the unused portion to enjoy later (within 2 days of opening). If feeding directly from the container, discard any unused portion.
To reheat:
Remove foil seal completely and discard.
Microwave on high power 1500 watts for 15 seconds.
Stir. Always check the temperature (or taste) before feeding to your baby. 
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 days.
