Description

Oatmeal traditionally used to make breakfast cereal (whole grain). This cereal is an excellent source of protein and fiber. For the production of porridge, nutrient-rich oats are used, from which you can cook oatmeal porridge with a soothing and enveloping texture for the stomach. Oatmeal porridge is hearty and high in calories, so it is recommended to eat it for breakfast. Combined with natural fruit sweeteners, this delicious porridge is used in diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol and is an excellent product for a healthy diet.

Diets high in whole grains and other plant foods that are low in fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer. On the Biotus website you can get acquainted with the products, purchase healthy cereals, and also get full information from our consultants.
