Recommended use

Adults and children 6 years and older:

• Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with toothpaste.
• Remove the lid
• Pour 10 milliliters into the lid (10 ml mark on the inside of the lid), do not pour more than 10 ml.
• Vigorously rinse your mouth with 10 milliliters of rinse for 1 minute, then spit out.
• Do not swallow the solution rinsing.
• Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
• Teach children under 12 years of age proper rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing).
• Supervise children, if necessary, until they can use the product unattended.

Children under 6 years: consult a dentist or doctor.
