The human body simply cannot fully function without the necessary amount of essential fatty acids (EFAs). Method Applications: 1 tablespoon per day. Dosage for a child (4g and older) - 2 teaspoons per day. Can be added to drinks, yogurt, oatmeal or ice cream. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use.
