Use: For adults, start with one (1) tablet in the morning and one (1) tablet in the evening. Increase intake by one tablet each day until 2-3 shaped bowel movements per day are achieved. No more than three (3) tablets twice daily. Once you have found the correct number of tablets, you can continue taking it to enhance internal cleaning for up to 30 days. No more than 30 days of continuous use of this product. Take only as much product as needed to achieve 2-3 good bowel movements per day. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
