Usage>: on an empty stomach with 240 ml of water. Higher doses may be divided into 2 or 3 servings per day, not to exceed 9 capsules per day.

Take prophylactically: 2 capsules per day.

Serving increase: 4 capsules per day.

Therapeutic serving: 6 capsules per day.

Other ingredients: cellulose (vegetarian capsules).
