Recommended use: Adults take 4 tablets per day with a drink. Can be taken at any time of day, even on an empty stomach.
Other Ingredients:microcrystalline cellulose, enzyme media (organic brown rice, autolyzed yeast extract, rice protein, yeast [inactive]), rice protein, silicon dioxide, acacia gum, stearic acid, autolyzed yeast extract, hypromellose. This product is made with food-based vitamins and fermented minerals.
Does not contain:milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish or sesame.
Warnings:Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor immediately. Biotin is an essential nutrient, especially during pregnancy. Biotin may interfere with lab tests. If you are taking medication or planning a lab test, consult a doctor before use. Keep tightly closed in a cool place, avoiding moisture. Once opened, use within three months.
