This combination product contains natural collagen types I and III from beef, collagen type II from chicken bone broth, and type I collagen from fish. The bovine collagen used in this product is derived from bovine animals that have not suffered from mad cow disease and are not taking hormones. This complex is supplemented with vitamin C and grape seed extract. Suggested Use:

Mix 2 ½ level tablespoons per day with 236 ml of water, juice or your favorite drink. Stir vigorously or use a shaker.
