White rice flour has exceptional binding properties. White rice flour is natural rich in carbohydrates and low in fat. It can be used for baking cakes, cookies, dumplings , bread, as well as for thickening sauces, fish coats, etc. It is also very popular for making various types of Asian noodles, which is one of the staples in oriental cuisine. White rice flour is a favorite ingredient for gluten-free baking, gives looseness in baked goods. Also great for breading and thickening soups, making sauces or gravies. For more detailed advice, you can contact the manager on the website Biotus .
