Gluten-Free Flour (Mix) Made from Whole Grain Corn and Sorghum provides unrivaled flavor and texture for baked bread. The mixture is specially formulated for those who are sensitive to wheat or gluten. It contains whole grain corn flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, cane sugar, tapioca, baking powder, sea salt and xanthan gum. Flour can be used to make any pastry: muffins, pancakes, casseroles, corn tortillas, cubed bread. Also dumplings for stews. This product is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and is made without the use of any animal products including eggs, dairy and honey.

The product is made without the use of genetically modified organisms, from grain grown without the use of pesticides and other chemical components. 100% vegetarian.

Bob's Red Mill, Cornbread Mix, Gluten Free

Used:

1- 1/2 cup milk (rice, soy, dairy products)1/3 cup melted butter or butter2 eggs

Preheat oven Lightly grease a baking sheet or baking dish. Mix gluten-free flour mix with 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 large eggs and 1/3 cup canola oil or ghee. Mix at low speed with a mixer until smooth. Bake 25 minutes or until golden.

Other Ingredients: Corn Meal (whole grain ), potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, sugar cane juice, tapioca flour, baking powder (sodium pyrophosphate acid, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt, xanthan gum.
