Recommendations for use: Take 2 tablets twice daily with meals.
Other Ingredients: cellulose, calcium phosphate, modified food starch, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and food grade coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin).
