Recommendations for use

Dip powder eyeshadow brush, shake off excess, and apply to eyelids. Draw a smooth line along the lash line  applicator. Dip a thin brush into the water, shake off excess, then dip the wet brush into the powder. Mix powder with water on the back of your hand or on the lid of a jar to create a thick liquid eyeliner. Apply near the lash line on the upper or lower eyelids (or on both eyelids).
