The folate found in Methylfolate Plus™ is active form of (6S)-5-methyl tetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt. Methylfolate is a highly absorbable form of folate that does not need to be enzymatically converted to 5-methylfolate in the body. The glucosamine salt form used in Methylfolate Plus® is more stable than other commonly used forms of methylfolate. It is believed that folate deficiency in the body is one of the most common forms of vitamin deficiency.

Suggested use:

1/2 (half) tablet daily, as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a physician.
