Description
California Gold Nutrition, Melatonin, 3 mg, 60 capsules. Melatonin. Dietary supplement, strong immunomodulator and antioxidant. Melatonin is formed only in the dark. When light hits the retina of the eye, its production stops. About 70% of the daily requirement is produced overnight.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin capsule.
Free of allergens, gluten and by-products of yeast, wheat, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts.
Recommended use: one capsule at bedtime with water, unless otherwise directed by a physician. The capsule can be divided into several doses.
Warning: store at room temperature, out of the reach of children.
