MCT Oil, Sports, Now Foods is made from palm kernel and coconut oil. The oil will contain medium triglycerides (MCTs) and are fats that are easily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and metabolized in the liver, thus producing a lot of energy. Usage: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day. MCT oil can also be used in place of regular oils in salad dressings, sauces or cooking. Not recommended for frying due to low boiling point.
