Recommended use: Men: add 1 drop Atlas Cedar Oil, 2 drops Cypress Oil and 5 drops Sandalwood Oil   ; into the diffuser and enjoy. Used for aromatherapy. For all other uses: dilute thoroughly with oils such as jojoba, grape seed, olive or almond. 

Other Ingredients: 100% organic cedarwood oil.

Warnings: cedarwood oil is highly concentrated and may irritate sensitive skin. It is recommended to dilute it with jojoba or almond oil. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
