Stress B Mag Glycinate is formulated to maximize body fortification and bioavailability using biologically active forms of B vitamins, including coenzyme vitamin B6 (P-5-P), vitamin B-12 in the form of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin and folic acid (5-MTHF). The essential mineral magnesium binds to the amino acid glycine to form magnesium glycinate and may promote healthy sleep, strong bones and heart function. B Vitamins can also help promote proper energy metabolism, hair, skin and nervous system health.
