Recommendations for How to use: Clear your nasal passage by gently blowing your nose before using the irrigation system. Insert the nozzle into the nostril and squeeze the bottle while inhaling the product through the nose. Remove the nozzle from the nostril before allowing the bottle to refill with air. Do 2-4 sprays in each nostril. When the nasal passages are completely clogged, lie down for five minutes after the injection. Rinse the nozzle after use and put back the protective cap.
