Vitamin B complex with vitamin B-12, B-Complex, APOLLO SUN - is a complex of water-soluble B vitamins containing: vitamin B6, vitamin B12, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid, ascorbic acid, etc. B vitamins play an additional role in the physiological and metabolic functions of the body, which contribute to energy production, nerve impulse transmission, and nervous system health. Suggested Use: Shake well before each use. Take 1/4 teaspoon in the morning, hold in your mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow. Take with meals. Refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness.
Other Ingredients: deionized water, vegetable glycerin, xylitol, malic acid, natural flavors, potassium sorbate (as a preservative), ginger root, grapefruit fiber and cinnamon bark oil.
