Suggested Use: For adults, take two (2) capsules 1-2 times daily, preferably with meals.
Others ingredients: vegetable cellulose, dicalcium phosphate. Contains <2% of: natural palm leaf glaze, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Free of: artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish, sodium.
