How to use: adults take 1 teaspoon daily for one week, then 1/2 teaspoon   until the desired result is achieved. Children under 12 years of age take 1/2 teaspoon daily for one week and then 1/4 teaspoon daily until desired result is achieved. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving without the advice of a physician. Can be diluted with water or juice. This product is not intended for permanent use.
