The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as about 1 cup of coffee. Do not consume more than 400 mg of caffeine from any source within 24 hours. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, insomnia, and sometimes rapid heartbeat. In case of accidental overdose, seek immediate medical help or contact a Poison Control Center.
