Recommendations for use: Rinse paper filters with warm water to remove paper taste. For best results, use filtered or bottled spring water. The correct ratio of coffee to water is 1 part coffee to 16 parts water, or 2 tablespoons to 6 ounces of water. Brew almost boiling water at 96-98 degrees Celsius.
