Cascara Sagrada, 350 mg

Application:
Take 1 capsule with 240 ml of water at bedtime. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Do not exceed 1 capsule in 24 hours. Not for long term use; do not take more than 7 days as frequent or prolonged use may lead to addiction.
Other Ingredients:
Vegetable capsule (hypromellose), cellulose, silica.
This product should not be used if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications.
