Prevents lipstick and lip gloss from bleeding. To apply, twist enough of the pencil and apply behind the lip contour so that the lipstick or gloss does not bleed into the cracks of the skin and creates a perfect contour.

User Tips

Unscrew the pencil and draw a line on the outside of your lips to create an invisible barrier.
