Suggested Use:  1 scoop diluted in 300 ml of water or other drink 20-30 minutes before strenuous activity. To gauge the tolerance of Animal Rage XL start with 1 scoop. Do not consume more than two servings in a 24-hour period or within 6.8 hours before bedtime.

Other Ingredients: natural grape flavor, lemon acid, malic acid, silicon dioxide, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, red #40 lake, potassium chelate, FD & C blue #1. Made in a GMP facility on equipment that processes milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and wheat.
