GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), GABA, Biotus is a food supplement from a Ukrainian manufacturer that contains two ingredients, GABA and vitamin B6, which help to relax the mind and positive mood. Gamma-aminobutyric acid is an amino acid that occurs naturally in the human brain, where it acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter and is a popular ingredient to reduce anxiety and stress. Suggested Use: Take 1-2 capsules at bedtime or as needed (when experiencing excessive nervous excitement), or 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, without food, or as directed by a physician. Take in courses of 1-4 months either symptomatically once or as directed by a physician.
