How to use:for prophylaxis: adults take 1-2 tablets 2 times a day with meals with a glass of water. When using, increase the amount of water consumed up to 2 liters per day;for medicinal purposes (as part of complex therapy): adults take 2-3 tablets 2-3 times a day between meals with a glass water. When decreasing  symptoms - 1-2 tablets 2 times a day. When using, increase the amount of water consumed to 2-3 liters per day;for diarrhea (associated with stress and excitement): adults take 2-3 tablets one hour before the expected event or at the first signs of excitement, then - 1-2 tablets 3 times a day during the day, from the second day - for health reasons.

Other ingredients: sorbitol, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate.
