Usage: For adults, take two tablets daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed two tablets daily.

Other Ingredients:  dicalcium phosphate, vegetable cellulose. Contains <2% of: gelatin, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate. Contains fish ingredients (cod, calf, flounder, haddock, hake , pollock, sea bass, flounder).
