Take: adults and children over 12 years of age, two (2) teaspoons daily. Children 6-12 years of age, one (1) teaspoon daily. For Intensive Use: Adults and children over 12 years of age, two (2) teaspoons four (4) times daily. Children 6-12 years old, one (1) teaspoon two (2) times daily.
Shake well before use.
Other ingredients: vegetable glycerin, purified water, citric acid, red raspberry concentrate.
