Suggested Use: Pour boiling water over a tea bag and steep 5-10 minutes. Can be drunk hot or cold up to 3 cups a day.
Other Ingredients: organic: ginger officinalis (root), spearmint (leaf), chamomile, citrus (orange peel), lemon balm (organic lemon balm) leaves, Mentha piperita (mint) leaves.
