Suggested Use:

1 capsule 1-2 times daily as a dietary supplement or as directed by a physician.

Other ingredients:

Vegetarian capsule shell (modified cellulose) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Contains an ultra-trace amount (<0.03 ppm) of milk components that are used in the fermentation of probiotic ingredients.
