Raw Revolution begins in 2004 with the home cooking of Alice Benedetto, registered nurse and natural food chef. Alice was looking for something for her children that would be not only healthy, but also tasty. This is how the Raw Revolution snack prototypes were created.

Initially, Alice served her delicious and natural snacks to friends and family. But over time, she began to sell small packages of her creations through local shops that were located near her country house. And when the first batch of her bars sold within a few days, Alice knew she was on the right track.
