Recommended use: apply evenly over the body with light massage movements. Apply for massage. As bath oil: add 1-2 tablespoons under your bath water. 

Other Ingredients: grape seed oil, oil grape seed (apricot), sweet almond oil, bergamot oil, ginger oil, ylang ylang oil, tocopherol (vitamin E).
