Antioxidants (R-lipoic acid and acetylcysteine) are biologically active substances that neutralize the effects of free radicals on body cells and protect cells from oxidation. The action of antioxidants is aimed at protecting the cell from external and internal toxic substances, at renewing and healing tissues, at preventing the development of cancerous formations, at inhibiting the aging process and withering of the body. Normally, the body produces and uses the 'R' form of lipoic acid. R-lipoic acid can bind heavy metals and restore antioxidants such as vitamins C and E, neutralize the damage caused by oxidation. Acetylcysteine ACC - an amino acid that is closely related to the amino acid cysteine in the body, each cystine molecule consists of two cysteine molecules related.
Recommended use: 1 capsule 3 times a day with a protein-containing meal.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene oxide.
Capsule: hypromellose .
Does not contain: wheat, gluten, corn, nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish.
Note: Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use the product for more than 3 months and if you have a history of diabetes.

Принимала в течении продолжительного времени. Помогают организму адаптироваться к высоким умственным и физическим нагрузкам, в наше время это очень актуально. Защищают от влияния неблагоприятной экологии ( я живу в промышленной зоне). После длительного курса, все мои хронические болячки не обострялись даже в межсезонье.
