Suggested use: as a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of Intra Blast with 355-475 ml of cold water and drink during each workout throughout the day. Intra Blast can be consumed pre-workout, between meals, during workout and post-workout to increase amino acid intake.
Other Ingredients: alavor (citric acid (1.6 g), natural and artificial flavor 1.4 g, malic acid (400 mg), sucralose (220 mg), acesulfame potassium 60 mg), beet powder 60 mg (color), beta-carotene 40 mg (color).
