5-HTP is a dietary supplement based on science. 5-HTP (5-hydroxy L-trintophan) is a natural metabolite of the amino acid tryptophan, which is converted in the brain to the hormones serotonin and dopamine. Take: 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach.
Other Ingredients: cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide . The capsule consists of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Does not contain: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, seafood.
Warnings:
Use with caution during pregnancy, breastfeeding, children under 18, when taking medications (SSRIs, Maos, sedatives).
