How to use : 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a physician.

Other Ingredients: soft gel composed of gelatin, glycerin, water and annatto extract.

Does not contain: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, seafood, peanuts or tree nuts.
