Omega-3 Complex, OCur Complex, California Gold Nutrition is a product that combines unsaturated fatty acids curcumin, black seed oil, boswellia and ginger. Fish oil (Omega 3) strengthens the cardiovascular, immune and nervous systems, plays an important role in the development of the brain - therefore, its intake is often recommended for pregnant women. Usage: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day with meals.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin capsules (gelatin from tilapia and carp), glycerin, water, chlorophyll copper sodium chlorophyllin), yellow beeswax, sunflower lecithin, vitamin E (<0, 2% as natural tocopherols).
Contains fish: sardines, anchovies and mackerel. Fish from Peru and Chile. Fish oil is concentrated, purified and processed in Germany.
Does not contain: artificial colors, preservatives and sweeteners, dairy products, shellfish, wheat, gluten, soy, nuts, or GMOs.
