Suggested Use:Adults, take one (1 ) capsule per day with meals, with a full glass of water.
Other ingredients:hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, modified food starch, dicalcium phosphate, maltodextrin, starch, sucrose, microcrystalline cellulose.
